Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of Amal Foundation’s projects in Bogura, ensuring effective execution in line with organizational goals.
Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and timelines to guarantee timely delivery of project milestones.
Supervise and support district-level project teams, including staff and volunteers, while fostering a results-driven and collaborative working environment.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and capacity-building support to enhance the performance and skills of the local team.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor project progress, identify challenges, and recommend improvements.
Prepare and submit accurate progress reports, success stories, and case studies in a timely manner.
Oversee district-level budget preparation and management, ensuring responsible and efficient use of resources.
Ensure proper procurement procedures, complete documentation, and strict compliance with donor and organizational policies.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain smooth operations.
Ensure full compliance with internal guidelines, donor regulations, and applicable legal requirements.
Build strong partnerships with local government bodies, NGOs, private sector actors, and community leaders to support project goals.
Encourage community engagement and inclusion throughout project design and implementation phases.
Represent Amal Foundation at local meetings, events, and coordination platforms.
Collaborate with industries and relevant stakeholders to support the development and marketing of project-related products.
Identify and implement innovative strategies to enhance project outcomes and sustainability.
Monitor and evaluate project outputs, outcomes, and key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly to ensure impact and accountability.
