  • Bachelor/Honors, A Bachelor Degree (preferably in Textile) from any reputed university.

Experience


  • 3 Year

Additional Requirements

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in the Quality Control Department within the RMG (Ready-Made Garment) industry or a similar field.
  • Solid understanding of quality assurance practices, especially fabric inspection based on industry standards.
  • Knowledge of textile and garment production processes, including fabric inspection, cutting, and washing (e.g., color bleeding).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Follow and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for fabric inspection as per work orders.
  • Skilled in using both 4-point and 100% fabric inspection systems.
  • Take prompt corrective action to resolve any quality-related issues.
  • Have good knowledge of lab testing procedures and the sample approval process.
  • Be accountable for any quality complaints or claims arising from their inspections.
  • Accurately input all data into the ERP system.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising, Design, Textile, and other related departments.
  • Align work with organizational objectives, guided by the Performance Management System (PMS).

  • Ensure team members are protected from harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation, supporting the organization's safeguarding goals.
  • Serve as a key point of support and guidance to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Promote and uphold safeguarding policies and ensure their application in all activities.
  • Follow the official safeguarding reporting procedures and encourage others to report any incidents.
