  • Candidates with a strong client network and established investment portfolio base are encouraged to apply.
  • Must have sound knowledge of capital market regulations and trading rules, including those of DSE, CSE, CDBL, and BSEC.
  • Experience in client acquisition, client relationship management, customer service, and securities trading is required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and marketing skills.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and clients.

B. J. Securities Limited (DSE TREC No. 282), a concern of Bang Jin Group, is seeking dedicated, self-motivated, energetic, and dynamic professionals for the position of Junior Officer – Principal Officer. The role is designed for individuals who can contribute to the company's continuous business growth, particularly in marketing capital market investment products and expanding the client base.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute customer buy and sell orders in compliance with market regulations.
  • Acquire new clients from the open market and expand the customer portfolio.
  • Generate brokerage business and achieve assigned revenue and business targets.
  • Promote stock market investment products and services to prospective investors.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular communication and support.
  • Provide professional, efficient, and high-quality customer service.
  • Identify business opportunities and contribute to market expansion initiatives.
  • Remain proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven in achieving business objectives.
  • Work effectively under pressure and meet assigned deadlines and performance goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and capital market regulations.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
