Experience: Minimum 3+ years in pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, or systems integration roles
Technical Expertise:
Data Center: Servers, storage, HCI, virtualization, containers, SDDC, etc.
Networking & Security: Firewalls, WAF, PAM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, etc.
Cloud: Public, private, and hybrid cloud platforms
BCP/DR: Backup, disaster recovery, high availability, and business continuity solutions
Proven experience working with leading OEMs such as HPE, Juniper, Oracle, Palo Alto, F5, or equivalents
Solid understanding of tender processes, procurement cycles, licensing models, warranties, and commercial terms
Preferred Attributes:
Experience delivering solutions for government, banking, and large enterprise clients
Knowledge of local and global support expectations, including product lifecycle, 24×7 TAC, and in-country depot/spares support
Proficiency in MS Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and other collaboration/documentation tools
Relevant technical certifications (vendor-neutral or OEM-specific) are an added advantage

Role Overview:
This role is tailored for professionals who will manage and contribute to the Technical Product & Solution Design function. The incumbent will gain hands-on experience in installation, support, and maintenance activities within cross-functional teams, building practical expertise before independently leading solution design initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Solution Design & Pre-Sales
Design end-to-end solution architectures aligned with customer requirements, business objectives, and industry best practices.
Prepare and present technical proposals, Bills of Quantities (BoQs), High-Level Designs (HLDs), and solution architecture diagrams.
Conduct technical demonstrations, proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements, and solution validation workshops.
Support RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, including technical compliance, assumptions, and solution differentiators.
Ensure proposed solutions comply with product lifecycle, licensing models, warranties, SLAs, and regulatory requirements.
OEM & Technology Collaboration
Collaborate with OEMs and solution providers across infrastructure, networking, security, and cloud domains.
Analyze OEM and competitor solutions, pricing, and commercial models to prepare competitive proposals.
Keep abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Business Development & Client Engagement
Conduct market research to identify potential solution components and client needs.
Identify new business opportunities, solution providers, and technology partners.
Support sales activities, including client meetings, solution presentations, reference materials, and proposal documentation.
Maintain client interactions, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system.
Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients through proactive, timely, and value-driven engagement.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to implement growth and client-retention strategies.
Operational Exposure
Participate in hands-on installation, support, and maintenance activities to ensure solution feasibility, performance, and supportability.
Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from design to implementation.
