• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, analyze the competitive landscape, and track emerging trends.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to create innovative sewing thread solutions that meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Production Coordination
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration between production, design, marketing, and sales.
• Develop project timelines, define key deliverables, and monitor progress to ensure timely product launches.
• Quality Assurance
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the production process.
• Work closely with the quality control team to address and resolve any product performance issues.
