  • The candidate must have a Ph.D. degree.
  • The candidate must have achieved at least two First Classes/A Grades throughout their academic career, with one First Class/A Grade at the Honours or Master’s level.
  • No Third Class/Division is acceptable at any level of education.

Experience Requirements:

For Ph.D. Holders:
  • A minimum of 7 years of active teaching/research experience at the university level.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Assistant Professor.
  • A minimum of 8 research articles, with at least 4 articles as First/Corresponding Author, including at least 3 articles published in Scopus-indexed journals.
  • At least 4 articles published while serving as an Assistant Professor.
