  • Basic Computer Skills; Basic Cognitive Skills; Researching and browsing skills; Knowledge on Spreadsheet and Excel; Good Typing Skills

Responsibilities & Context

  • Use the client portal to document the information of patients in terms of their medical insurances.
  • Categorize and make inputs of information according to the guidelines from client.
  • Calculating bills, pricing and documenting them within the given timeline.
  • Document/reserve information in spreadsheet as well.
  • Send information to patients in PDF format as required.
  • Maintain clear information, both verbally and in writing to patients that ensures
  • thorough understanding.
  • Meet daily targets as assigned and ensure error-free work and full attendance.
  • Report to the Team Leader any tasks completed and escalate any issues if required.
