Bikroy is looking for dynamic and skilled Associate/Specialist Key Account Managers (KAM) to manage strategic client relationships within our Vehicle and Property verticals. In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering long-term partnerships with key clients by understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions. Your goal is to drive sustainable growth and contribute to Bikroy’s continued success.

Job Title: Associate Key Account Manager / Specialist Key Account Manager
Verticals: KAM Vehicle & KAM Property
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily client visits to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts.
Identify and generate new business opportunities while expanding existing client portfolios through tailored solutions.
Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams, resolving issues and maintaining trust.
Collaborate across departments to maximize revenue via up-selling and cross-selling Bikroy’s products and services.
Prepare and maintain KPI reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
Present account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to vertical leads.
Ensure monthly and quarterly KPIs (acquisition & revenue targets) are achieved or exceeded.
Lead new revenue-generating projects and drive strategic growth initiatives.
Educational Requirements:
BBA/MBA from reputable institutions; Marketing specialization preferred.
Experience Requirements:
2–4 years of corporate sales experience preferred, ideally in Vehicle/Property, FMCG, E-commerce, MNCs, Mobile Devices, MFS, Logistics, or related industries.
Required Skills:
Strong sales expertise and key account management capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strategic and analytical thinking.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.
Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
Accuracy in reporting with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
