• Establishes clear goals and objectives for the team while ensuring continuous professional growth within the department.
• Oversees the entire 3D garment development process, from initial design concepts to final production.
• Collaborates with design teams to interpret design ideas in 3D and convert them into technical specifications.
• Leads the 3D fitting process, ensuring garments meet size, fit, and comfort standards.
• Approves 3D pattern adjustments and grading, ensuring consistency in sizing across various collections.
• Ensures the accurate translation of 3D patterns into finished products, maintaining alignment with design and fit specifications.
• Troubleshoots any 3D fitting issues and works closely with garment technicians to resolve technical challenges promptly.
• Contributes technical input to the garment costing process, including material, labor, and production costs.
• Maintains comprehensive records of the 3D garment development process, including design specifications and production schedules.
• Provides regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress of 3D garment development and production timelines.
