Responsibilities & Context

Rangpur Group, one of Bangladesh's leading business conglomerates, is seeking a competent, experienced, and proactive professional to join its team for the above position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with the company's administrative policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Carry out day-to-day administrative responsibilities and provide support for additional tasks as assigned.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and related administrative processes in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Utilize MS Office applications effectively for documentation, reporting, and other administrative activities.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and official communications.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and inter-departmental discussions to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Communicate professionally in both Bangla and English with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with government and non-government organizations regarding official documentation, approvals, and organizational matters.
  • Maintain confidential records, documents, and files with accuracy while ensuring proper data security.
  • Organize work priorities efficiently to maximize productivity and maintain uninterrupted workflow.
  • Manage executive telephone communications by answering calls, taking accurate messages, and coordinating follow-ups when required.
  • Prepare and maintain staff duty rosters, work schedules, and shift plans.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and improving administrative policies and operational procedures.
  • Respond to urgent or emergency situations with sound judgment and appropriate action.
  • Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management that are relevant to the role and organizational objectives.
