Additional Requirements
Ensure full compliance with Bond License regulations for 100% export-oriented units (EOUs).
Manage UP, UD, EXP, Bill of Entry, and all related customs and commercial documentation.
Maintain and monitor bonded warehouse registers for fabrics, chemicals, dyes, and accessories.
Reconcile bond stock records with physical inventory and ERP system data to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with Commercial, Production, and Accounts departments for proper utilization, documentation, and reporting of bonded materials.
Independently handle customs audits, inspections, and bond license renewals.
Maintain strong liaison with C&F agents, freight forwarders, and customs officials to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor HS code classification and ensure correct duty application and compliance.
Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly bond compliance reports to relevant authorities.
Ensure timely reporting and adherence to all customs and bonded warehouse regulations.
Support management in resolving compliance-related issues and improving operational efficiency.
