Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:
Applications are invited from qualified candidates with prior experience in similar roles within the real estate industry. This is a full-time position requiring a results-driven and capable professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve corporate and local sales targets within the specified timeframe
  • Lead and manage the sales team with a strong target-oriented mindset
  • Develop effective sales plans to meet business goals
  • Identify performance gaps among underperforming team members and provide guidance for improvement
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports on sales targets and receivable collections to management
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients
  • Build and sustain strong customer relationships
  • Manage client portfolios through direct visits and face-to-face interactions
  • Visit organizations and project sites to generate new business opportunities
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients while actively acquiring new ones
  • Ensure revenue growth and profitability, including strategic price adjustments when necessary
  • Maintain proactive customer engagement to create mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive customer database independently
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by management as required
