Responsibilities & Context

Start/Stop production line based on quality performance.
Control production for Reprocess line.
Completion RPG report product wise.
Monitoring of the RPG product Quality and Quantity wise.
Arrange to keep re-process area clean.
Reporting to line shift-in charge for past 24 hours working.
Preparation of all documents related with Reprocess.
Record keeping of all day-to-day activities related to the Dept.
Change parameters settings during production (based on quality reports) with due Logbook notification.
Ensuring the Input and output quantity of materials.
Supervising the work of production staff.
Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production machines / lines.
