We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role is vital for managing employee compensation and welfare programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and overall employee satisfaction.

• Verify employee attendance via HRMS software and update records regularly.
• Prepare and submit salary sheets and analysis reports for management approval and upload salary details to the bank portal.
• Collect, verify, and update daily attendance data, preparing reports for management.
• Maintain employee master data, including updates on inactive or resigned employees, and ensure HR policies align with management directives.
• Collaborate with tax consultants to calculate salary AIT accurately and provide necessary data.
• Manage HRMS software by uploading employee records and verifying leave data.
• Act as the primary point of contact for third-party suppliers and employees regarding payroll matters, providing accurate and timely responses.
• Support internal audits by providing subsidy and salary data and complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
• Provide error-less monthly salary within due time.
• Maintain open and transparent communication channels with all employees and address employee(s) queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
