Develop and maintain fabric-wise costing, pricing models, and conduct margin, investment, and profitability analysis.
Ensure accurate accounting, VAT/AIT/corporate tax compliance, and timely preparation of financial statements & MIS reports.
Lead budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, treasury operations, and ensure internal controls across all financial activities.
Coordinate audits, manage joint stock company compliance, and oversee vendor payment, bill verification, and reconciliations.
Implement and optimize ERP/Tally/QuickBooks/SAP systems and develop real-time dashboards using Power BI/Excel.
Monitor financial KPIs, guide cross-functional departments, and support management with strategic insights for decision-making.
Supervise finance team members and maintain communication with auditors, banks, investors, and senior leadership.
