Responsibilities & Context

  • Implement and follow warehouse operational strategies and procedures in line with company and buyer policies.
  • Supervise daily operations, including receiving and issuing documents for order bookings, and manage store functions as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Ensure efficient inbound and outbound goods handling, warehouse management, safety, security, and proper shipment delivery systems.
  • Monitor and maintain all necessary records, registers, ledgers, MIS reports, and inventory bin cards for the store.
  • Develop and manage a software-based system (ERP/Tally) for material delivery to the production floor according to the production and shipment plans.
  • Oversee GRN, MRR, GRR, Delivery, and Mushak Challan processes.
  • Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that accessories are stored correctly and safely, optimizing warehouse space utilization.
  • Keep costs and overheads within budget limits.
  • Maintain close coordination with the Merchandising Department to meet their requirements effectively.
  • Follow and implement operational strategies and procedures as per company policies.
  • Lead and guide store personnel to accomplish assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure proper systems for purchasing, storing, handling, and inventory management of chemicals.
  • Manage finished goods according to the delivery schedule, resolving issues related to transportation, labor, logistics, imports, exports, and customer concerns.
  • Ensure accurate daily/weekly stock reporting.a
