• Oversee knitting quality assurance to ensure fabric meets customer-defined quality standards.
• Develop and enhance fabric quality within the knitting production process.
• Support the production team in addressing all fabric and operational issues within the textile division.
• Maintain strong follow-up with external knitting facilities to ensure quality compliance.
• Provide direct support to external Quality Control (QC) teams and work to elevate quality standards.
• Achieve Right First Time (RFT) rate above 98% for quality activities.
• Limit downtime due to textile quality issues to below 1%.
• Keep employee absenteeism under 5% while enforcing robust quality control procedures for leading global garment brands.
• Define critical operations, key quality checkpoints, and communicate expectations to the quality team.

• Ensure the final quality of all knit and dyed fabric from dyeing bulk production.
• Take responsibility for all fabric quality matters related to dyeing production.
• Manage the fabric quality platform, including inspections and quality controls at every stage.
• Lead floor management for quality assurance processes.
• Address quality concerns by consulting with senior management and leveraging statistical data to meet expected standards.
• Monitor ongoing order quality, provide guidance to subordinates, and maintain continuous quality oversight.
• Develop and enforce inspection criteria and procedures to uphold quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate with buying QC teams to resolve quality-related issues and offer timely support.
• Maintain detailed records of all quality-related reports and updates.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
