Responsibilities & Context

The primary objective of this role is to develop, lead, and implement business transformation and continuous improvement strategies, considering the organization's structure, commercial approach, culture, people, and processes.

  • Collaborate with the Management Team and key stakeholders to create a robust continuous improvement strategy.
  • Drive and support cultural change throughout the organization, focusing on business improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor project progress, including risks, dependencies, budgets, resources, critical milestones, and necessary actions to ensure success.
  • Develop and publish business improvement documentation reflecting best practices.
  • Conduct business process analysis and statistical evaluations to support improvement projects and broader organizational changes.
  • Lead and design continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance, such as planning and facilitating lean events.
  • Attend meetings to communicate and implement action items.
  • Prepare written reports and deliver presentations.
  • Engage in continuous training and professional development.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues.
  • Identify opportunities for business improvement across the organization.
  • Conduct risk assessments of departmental processes and tasks.
