Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 40 years
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in the Real Estate sector.
- Strong hands-on experience in VAT, Tax, and AIT compliance is mandatory.
- Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities & Context
- Managed the overall Accounts and Finance operations, ensuring efficient financial planning and reporting.
- Ensured compliance with VAT, Tax, and Advance Income Tax (AIT) regulations, including return preparation, filing, and statutory documentation.
- Supervised accounting operations for the company's real estate business, including budgeting, cash flow, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Prepared monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements along with management reports to support decision-making.
- Coordinated with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Led and mentored the Accounts team to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Performed additional responsibilities and special assignments as directed by senior management.
