Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office, accounting software, and SAP-ERP. Possesses strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills. A collaborative team player capable of coordinating effectively with other departments.
Prepare financial statements, including cash flow, income statement, and balance sheet, on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis. Generate and present sales, collection, and outstanding reports during meetings. Reconcile customer accounts and bank transactions, using SAP to manage invoices, AIT/VAT, due aging, and other financial updates. Monitor budgets, control costs, manage pricing and promotions data, and coordinate with sales management to implement company strategies. Develop cost standards, design cost accounting systems, and oversee annual physical inventory.
