Experience
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly organized professional to support the planning, promotion, and stakeholder engagement activities of various e-Governance and Digital Public Service Initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in government relations, project coordination, marketing communications, and documentation management to ensure the successful implementation and promotion of citizen-centric digital transformation programs.
✔ Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key government stakeholders, ministries, departments, regulatory authorities, and regional offices.
✔ Coordinate with government agencies and relevant stakeholders to support the implementation and promotion of digital public service initiatives.
✔ Ensure effective communication and collaboration among government, project teams, and partner organizations.
✔ Develop and execute targeted marketing and communication strategies for e-Governance and digital transformation projects.
✔ Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across:
✔ Support awareness-building initiatives to increase adoption and utilization of citizen-centric digital services.
✔ Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize outreach and engagement.
✔ Prepare, review, and manage project-related documentation, including:
✔ Ensure documentation accuracy, compliance, and timely submission according to project requirements.
✔ Maintain proper records and document management systems.
✔ Organize and coordinate workshops, seminars, training sessions, awareness programs, and stakeholder consultation meetings.
✔ Support event planning, logistics management, and participant coordination.
✔ Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and event reports.
✔ Collaborate closely with project management, communications, business development, government liaison, and technical teams.
✔ Facilitate smooth coordination among multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
✔ Support management in strategic planning, reporting, and stakeholder engagement activities.
✔ Ensure all communication materials and activities align with government communication protocols, branding guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
✔ Prepare regular reports, project updates, and performance summaries for management and stakeholders.
✔ Monitor project progress and provide analytical insights to support decision-making.
✔ Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in government projects, public sector initiatives, marketing, communications, stakeholder management, or related fields.
✔ Strong communication, coordination, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
✔ Experience managing documentation, proposals, reports, and multi-stakeholder engagements.
✔ Understanding of e-Governance systems, digital public services, ICT projects, or public sector operations will be considered a strong advantage.
✔ Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office applications, report writing, and presentation preparation.
