Responsibilities & Context

  • Productivity Optimization: Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials through capacity studies, process analysis, efficiency calculations, and effective line balancing.
  • Production Planning: Develop and implement weekly production plans based on factory capacity and order priorities to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
  • Bottleneck Resolution: Identify production bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline operations.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze line-wise production data, balance production lines, and assess workers' and overall production efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Innovate and adopt new techniques and methodologies to enhance productivity and quality while minimizing costs.
  • Delay Mitigation: Identify and eliminate causes of delays in production to ensure shipment deadlines are met.
  • Production Monitoring: Oversee hourly production outputs and ensure targets are achieved on a line-by-line basis.
  • Manpower Management: Balance manpower allocation daily, set targets, and monitor progress towards achieving them.
  • Report Oversight: Review and validate all reports related to Industrial Engineering (IE) and production planning.
