Asst. Manager Production Planning

Lead the end-to-end production planning process in coordination with manufacturing vendors and partner factories.

Develop factory-wise line loading plans to maximise capacity utilisation and maintain balanced production schedules.

Monitor, evaluate, and optimise production capacity across all contracted factories.

Forecast potential order delays, identify root causes, and proactively communicate risks to merchandising teams.

Analyse factory production processes to identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.

Manage capacity planning, order allocation, and real-time production tracking across multiple factories.

Coordinate with Merchandising, Sourcing, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.

Identify production risks, material shortages, and line constraints, and drive corrective action plans with vendor management.

Monitor vendor performance and lead initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce overall lead time.

Maintain accurate production status reports and ensure adherence to delivery commitments, milestones, and Time & Action (T&A) critical paths.
