✔ Monitor all QA/QC operations and pre-production activities to ensure final products meet customer quality standards within AQL requirements

✔ Drive initiatives to resolve quality-related issues across the business unit and ensure continuous improvement

✔ Provide administrative leadership for Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure it remains effective, active, and aligned with sustainable business goals

✔ Build and develop a strong QA/QC team culture, ensuring collaboration within the department and across cross-functional teams

✔ Lead, monitor, and guide the quality team to achieve KPI targets and performance goals

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔ Ensure all raw materials and production inputs comply with customer quality requirements

✔ Implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues whenever required

✔ Conduct pre-production planning aligned with PCD schedules to ensure timely production and shipment

✔ Ensure end-to-end quality control across all production stages following AQL and customer standards

✔ Coordinate with QA staff to ensure proper quality checkpoints and process controls

✔ Maintain and execute a strong Quality Management System (QMS) across all production areas for defect-free output

✔ Set up and monitor quality systems such as TLS, in-line, end-line, and audit processes with proper reporting

✔ Track and analyze DHU (Defects per Hundred Units) in production floors for quality improvement

✔ Conduct 100% lot inspection for finished goods before packing

✔ Review rejected garments, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to reduce rejection rates

✔ Develop and implement action plans based on input, in-line, end-line, and pre-final audit findings

✔ Ensure timely follow-up on OCD and final inspection schedules with relevant teams for on-time shipment

🔹 Quality Management & Team Development

✔ Provide training and guidance to QA/QC and production staff to improve process awareness and quality standards

✔ Organize regular workshops and training sessions for continuous skill development

✔ Promote team-building activities, recognition programs, and career development plans within the QA/QC team

✔ Coordinate daily QA activities (in-line, pre-final, final) with GPQ teams for effective decision-making

🔹 Compliance & Customer Satisfaction

✔ Ensure 100% compliance with customer specifications and approved samples

✔ Conduct regular QMS and SOP audits to maintain process discipline and sustainability

✔ Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high service levels with QA representatives

✔ Coordinate with external QA teams for factory visits, inspections, and audits (PPM, in-line, final inspections)

✔ Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and high ratings in external technical and QMS audits
