Experience: Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred. 1–2 years of sales experience (real estate or investment sales preferred).
Skills & Competencies: Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships professionally.

Mobility: Willingness to travel locally and occasionally regionally to support sales activities.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Monitor sales performance regularly and take corrective actions when needed.
Marketing Planning: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand-building initiatives to increase product visibility and customer engagement.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Address queries, provide solutions, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Dealer & Distributor Management: Manage dealer and distributor networks, resolve issues, and support their performance improvement. Identify and onboard new partners to expand distribution reach.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth. Provide insights for product positioning and pricing strategies.
Reporting & Monitoring: Prepare regular sales and marketing reports, track KPIs, and provide updates to senior management for informed decision-making.
Team Supervision: Guide, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales and marketing team. Assign targets, review performance, and motivate the team to achieve objectives.
Budget & Resource Management: Oversee marketing budgets, ensure optimal utilization of resources, and manage expenses to maintain profitability.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as operations, finance, and product development to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing plans.
