Position Summary:
Oversee all F&B operations, ensuring quality, service excellence, and guest satisfaction across multiple outlets, room service, catering, and events. Lead the F&B team, manage costs, and collaborate with culinary and front-of-house staff to deliver a premium resort experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Manage daily operations of restaurants, lounges, and banquet services; ensure consistent food quality and service; monitor and respond to guest feedback.
Financial & Inventory Control: Prepare budgets and forecasts; monitor food, beverage, and labor costs; conduct inventory checks and manage stock efficiently.
Team Leadership & Training: Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff; foster a motivated team; enforce health and safety compliance.
Guest Experience & Service Excellence: Maintain high customer service standards; collaborate on marketing and menu innovations; support special events.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to local health and safety regulations; maintain hygiene and sanitation across all F&B areas.
