• Environmental & Technical Certifications: Ensure compliance with environmental and technical certifications such as ISO 14001: 2015, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, Oeko-Tex 100, STEP, GOTS, OCS, GRS, RDS, and other relevant certifications.
• HIGG-FEM 4.0 & GRI Reporting: Possess knowledge of the HIGG FEM 4.0 (Facility Environmental Module) and the ability to prepare GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) reports.
• H&M NSR (Environment): Lead and oversee H&M NSR (Sustainability and Environmental) activities, ensuring alignment with environmental sustainability goals.
• Sustainability Demand Management: Drive sustainability (environmental) demands for H&M's SRM (Sustainable Resource Management), C&A’s SCM program, and related initiatives.
• Monitoring Platforms: Regularly monitor relevant sustainability portals, including the CDP portal, Stadium buyer portal, Clean Chain, BHive portal, and ZDHC Gateway Portal, ensuring ongoing compliance and reporting.
• Chemical Management & RSL Compliance: Secure RSL (Restricted Substances List) compliance and experience in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) based on RSL detection, taking corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks.
• Resource Reduction Action Plans: Develop and implement both long-term and short-term action plans to reduce resource consumption (water, energy, GHG emissions, chemicals, waste, etc.), continuously monitoring progress towards achieving sustainability targets.
• Environmental Compliance at Premises: Ensure full environmental compliance across FAŁ premises, including proper chemical handling, internal audits of chemical storage, and secondary containment, labeling, and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets).
• Buyer-Specific Compliance: Update and maintain monthly CIL (Compliance Information Lists) for H&M, Primark, and C&A, ensuring accurate data submission to these buyers.
• Chemical Safety Training: Responsible for managing and conducting monthly chemical-related training programs for relevant staff and stakeholders.
• Supplier Documentation: Collect necessary documentation such as labels, MSDS, and guarantee letters for C&A, H&M, and Primark from suppliers to ensure proper compliance.
