• Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through understanding the business needs, job analysis, career path, results of the employee engagement survey, annual performance appraisal reports, individual development plan and consultation with the managers and employees·
• Keep aware of technological advancement within the industry, introduction of new skills or knowledge, and other industry trends that may impact the organization’s overall training needs by doing regular informal studies and attending relevant meetings, conferences, and seminars ·
• Prepare annual training calendar (based on TNA), get budget approved by the management for the calendar year & share it to relevant stakeholders before December of the previous year·
• Review or facilitate reviewing of existing training materials either developed internally or by third parties to ensure their relevance to the business need·
• Develop or facilitate developing new training materials and training manuals to meet specific business needs identified through TNA·        
• Remain aware of new educational and training techniques and methods and ensure their appropriate integration in to the training programs to make them more effective·
• Work with both internal employees and training vendors to select the best resource person to deliver training programs as per the approved training calendar·
• Ensure training programs are supported by high quality training venue and other technological and logistics support as necessary·
• Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them·
• Evaluate individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance·
• Monitor all training related costs and ensure the training budget effectively·
• Maintain all training relevant records & either in hard copy or in HRIS if available ·
• Consult the leadership team to understand future business needs and design a robust Management Trainee (MT) program and roll out the program to hire and develop high quality young talents·
• Coordinate with the leadership team to identify high potential (hipo) employees and engage external consultant or vendors to roll out a custom-made leadership program to develop hipo employees for future leadership positions
