Ensure timely maternity benefit payments for workers and staff, and prepare all required documentation in compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and Rules (All Units).
Calculate and disburse all types of final settlements.
Ensure payment of salaries for resigned workers and staff in accordance with the law, and settle all outstanding dues within 30 working days.
Ensure death compensation and other applicable benefits for workers and staff across all units.
Issue notices to employees who leave the factory without prior notice and proceed with their final settlements accordingly.
Ensure compensation for accidental injuries for all workers and staff.
Resolve payment-related issues for workers and staff across all units.
Perform any other duties assigned by management or the concerned authority.
