  • Strategic and Analytical Skills – capable of analyzing financial data and supporting informed decision-making.

  • Finance & Accounts Experience – proven background in accounting and financial management.

  • Proficiency in SAP and Accounting Tools – skilled in using SAP and other accounting software or databases.

  • Accounting Knowledge – solid understanding of accounting principles and standards.

  • Management Reporting Expertise – adept at using management systems and preparing accurate reports.

  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills – able to identify issues and implement effective solutions.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills – excellent team collaboration and communication abilities.


Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial and management reports.

  • Ensure timely capitalization of assets in line with company policies and accounting standards.

  • Conduct cost analysis for Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM).

  • Prepare timely business performance reports and analytics.

  • Monitor General Ledger (GL) on a regular basis.

  • Verify employee final settlements, record payroll costs, and maintain control over payroll accounting.

  • Coordinate and support external and internal audits.

  • Prepare and review inter-company reconciliation statements.

  • File Income Tax Returns for individuals and companies.

  • Develop and implement the monthly incentive policy, finalize monthly sales targets, and assist in budget preparation.

  • Prepare various ad hoc management reports as required.

  • Collaborate with marketing, audit, and finance teams to manage budgets for optimal impact and ROI.

  • Work closely with the Head of Accounts to fulfill any additional ad hoc management requirements.
