Supervise the team and ensure accountability to the top management.
Help analyze and assess product risks during the development, start-up/pilot runs and production.
Production Planning and follow up to reduce downtime.
Identify causes and actionable steps to improve production capacity.
Arrange required training for associates to understand and achieve departmental goals.
To ensure quality production in sewing stages of production.
Monitor the production procedure in sewing section and ensure correct method so that the production output is as per the desire limit.
Daily target fills up 97.5%Line Migration & Absenteeism target 2.0%.
Any other related task assigned by the higher authority.
