Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and improve quality procedures, systems, work instructions, forms, and checklists, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supervise inline quality and quantity checks in accordance with production orders and job bag instructions.
  • Ensure product quality and conformity align with buyer requirements.
  • Recommend corrective actions for deviations, follow up on their implementation, and ensure issues are resolved.
  • Oversee daily operations in collaboration with QA, Product Development, Merchandising, Design, and Development teams.
  • Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, conducting team meetings, staff development sessions, and coaching to maintain the highest quality standards.
  • Ensure adherence to all quality requirements throughout the production process.
  • Reduce accessory defects by analyzing problems, creating action plans, and resolving quality issues.
  • Conduct inline and final inspections to ensure product standards are met.
  • Coordinate with production, finishing, and other related departments to streamline processes and maintain quality.
  • Ensure on-time delivery while meeting buyer quality levels.
  • Liaise with buyer representatives on inspection and audit matters, ensuring smooth communication and compliance
