Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and implement effective quality assurance strategies and initiatives to ensure consistent product excellence.
  • Monitor and evaluate quality assurance activities to maintain high standards and compliance.
  • Design, implement, and uphold quality assurance procedures and standards across all processes.
  • Analyze data to identify patterns and trends, highlighting areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive training programs to enhance employees' understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.
  • Supervise production and quality in the sewing section, ensuring compliance with BESTSELLER guidelines at every stage.
  • Perform and oversee initial and inline inspections at the sewing stage, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Maintain detailed records for each order/style, including buyer inspection reports, to ensure traceability.
  • Conduct weekly Quality System (QS) audits in the sewing section to identify and address discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with the Code of Conduct (COC) and Quality Standards (QS) requirements.
  • Coordinate and follow up on inspection schedules, facilitating buyer inspections by effectively communicating with buying QC teams.
  • Stay informed about applicable rules and regulations for Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and ensure organizational compliance.
  • Supervise initial and inline inspections in the finishing stage to maintain quality consistency.
  • Reserve and manage comprehensive documentation for each order/style, including buyer inspection reports.
  • Monitor inspection schedules and facilitate buyer inspections through proactive communication with buying QC teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all BESTSELLER requirements at every stage of production and quality assurance.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by management to support overall quality assurance objectives.
