• Oversee and manage the Quality Control team to ensure high-quality standards in bike production.
• Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with SMETA, ARGOS-Sainsbury, ISO, and other relevant standards.
• Conduct internal audits, prepare documentation, and coordinate with external auditors to maintain certifications and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and enforce quality control procedures and standards.
• Develop corrective action plans for non-conformities and implement process improvements.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Provide training and development to QC staff to strengthen quality assurance capabilities.
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications for exported products.
• Manage supplier quality and ensure customer satisfaction through consistent quality checks and feedback.
