  • Strong ability to respond to customer inquiries and convert them into sales leads

  • Ability to develop and implement online & offline marketing strategies

  • Skilled in outdoor advertising management and client service

  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle campaigns independently

  • Any other tasks assigned by the management


Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a young, energetic, dynamic, and results-driven professional for our Corporate Sales Department. The role involves developing short- and long-term marketing plans, generating new sales leads, and collaborating closely with the Marketing team.

This position requires extensive client acquisition efforts, including regular cold-calling, corporate visits, product presentations, and relationship building. The candidate must be comfortable working under pressure, achieving targets, and promoting services through digital channels (Phone, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through new client acquisition and business growth.

  • Visit corporate offices regularly to build strong relationships and introduce Hajj, Umrah, Islamic Tour Packages & Travel Services.

  • Generate and qualify B2B and B2C leads through networking, cold calling, market research, and industry events.

  • Prepare effective sales plans within defined budgets and timelines.

  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-up activities.

  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and negotiate deals with corporate clients.

2. Corporate Partnership & Market Expansion

  • Establish and expand relationships with corporate houses, travel agents, and group companies.

  • Identify new sales opportunities based on market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.

  • Manage and grow the existing Travel/Tour Agent network across Bangladesh.

  • Ensure timely delivery, service coordination, and collection of corporate sales agreements.

3. Customer Management & Service Quality

  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and ensure exceptional service standards.

  • Understand client needs and offer customized packages and solutions.

  • Manage travel documentation, bookings, visa processing, hotel reservations, and air ticket arrangements.

  • Provide prompt resolution to client inquiries and issues.

4. Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Support digital promotional activities through calls, emails, WhatsApp, SMS, and other channels.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align strategies for B2B and B2C campaigns.

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for Hajj, Umrah, and travel services.

5. Reporting & CRM Management

  • Track all sales interactions, record client data, and maintain an updated CRM system.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Contribute to strategic planning and forecasting for corporate sales.

6. Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams such as Operations, Ticketing, Marketing, and Customer Service.

  • Ensure seamless coordination for booking, travel services, and package-related support.
