  • Effective communication with clients and vendors.
  • Adept at risk and issue management to ensure project success.
  • Commitment to delivering project outcomes that meet quality standards and user expectations.
  • Ability to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Experience with additional PHP frameworks or CMS platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in professionally addressing customer queries and complaints.
  • Ability to schedule meetings with potential clients, follow up, and confirm objectives.
  • Experienced in correspondence and negotiation with prospective clients.
  • Capable of identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing effective solutions or alternatives.
