Additional Requirements

Education:

  • Diploma in Computer
  • Bachelor’s / Honors degree
  • Bachelor’s or Diploma in Computer Science from any recognized university, or a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
  • Educational qualifications may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Team Manager or Manager
  • Experience in IT-enabled services, group of companies, or call centers is preferred

Additional Requirements:

  • Age between 25 and 35 years
  • Male candidates only
  • Strong proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom)
  • Expertise in advanced editing techniques including neck joint, color correction, ghost mannequin, symmetry, manipulation, and high-end retouching
  • Energetic, proactive, disciplined, and a strong team player
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and mentor designers to enhance their skills
  • Capable of supervising and managing team operations, including night shifts
  • Ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion during night hours
  • Monitor team performance and maintain productivity
  • Strong leadership and team management skills

Responsibilities & Context

  • Lead and supervise the graphics team, offering direction, feedback, and support to ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Understand client requirements clearly and coordinate with the studio team according to provided guidelines.
  • Manage the overall production process, ensuring high-quality results and timely completion of tasks.
  • Keep up with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and new tools to improve the team’s performance and output.
  • Review and approve final designs to ensure they align with brand standards and project requirements.
