Education


  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE/Applied Physics, from any Reputed Public Or Private University.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Critical diagnostic skills, particularly in Radiotherapy, Radiology, and Nuclear Medicine.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and trust.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel to any district in Bangladesh as needed for work assignments.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and service bio-medical equipment, with a focus on Radiology, Radiotherapy, Nuclear Medicine, etc.
  • Develop a clear understanding of the products and services offered.
  • Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.
  • Meet service demands and deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Delegate and direct service tasks effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by offering knowledge, advice, and addressing concerns.
  • Work as part of a team, providing regular progress reports to improve operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated on manufacturer standards, new innovations, tools, materials, and processes to benefit the company.
  • Follow up with dissatisfied customers to ensure resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Perform service/installation and maintenance work, collaborating with manufacturers when necessary.
  • Regularly report to the supervisor on operational achievements and progress, including statistical analysis and improvement plans.
  • Adhere to all company standards, regulations, and laws.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management.
