  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and travel extensively across various regions of Bangladesh.
  • Must possess a motorcycle and hold a valid driving license.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop a comprehensive business plan to accelerate the broiler contract farming business, set clear targets, and lead the team to achieve sales goals, driving top-line growth.
  • Train, lead, and oversee the sales team to effectively communicate detailed information about products and offerings to target and potential farmers, attracting new business opportunities.
  • Provide farmers with thorough training, guidelines, and on-call emergency support to ensure effective management of flock health, brooding, growing, feeding, nutrition, vaccination, medication, biosecurity, ventilation, and other environmental farm conditions for optimal performance and disease prevention.
  • Foster and maintain long-term relationships with farmers to ensure business retention while staying informed about competitor activities and market status.
  • Guide the sales team to maximize profitability through strategic planning and execution.
