  • Completion of Banking Diploma part I and II (As per Bangladesh Bank Circular).
  • Advanced knowledge of banking and finance best practices.
  • Well conversant about banking laws, standards and Bangladesh Bank regulations.
  • Analytical ability.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales.
  • Prepare budget and financial statements.
  • Monitor branch profitability, expenses and budgeting to achieve financial targets.
  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
  • Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
  • Ensure Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Anti Terrorist Financing compliance.Ability to meet targets, take challenges and achieve organizational goals.
  • Ensure proactive services in day to day banking operations.
  • Maintain and develop positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrate excellent customer service and set an example for other staff.
  • Address complex customer inquiries, operational challenges and escalated issue effectively.
  • Act as BAMLCO of the Branch.
