Responsibilities & Context

  • Ensure showroom opening, attendance tracking, and conduct morning meetings.
  • Set daily revenue and quantity sales targets, as well as specific targets for SE leads, SBA, invoices, and activities, to achieve the overall monthly target.
  • Keep VAT 16 & 17 updated, place requisitions, ensure timely delivery, and ensure cash and mobile devices are securely stored in the vault at the end of the day.
  • Drive the achievement of the branch sales target through the entire team.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, roster, and lead management (using CJ Field Force & CJ.POS), while motivating and training subordinates.
  • Adhere to fixed and temporary asset management guidelines.
  • Ensure that all SE PJP, SBA activities, lead collection, follow-up, and conversions are aligned with targets.
  • Perform daily banking (DCS) tasks on a regular basis.
  • Clear all exchange dues within the management guidelines.
  • Address service-related issues by collaborating with the service department.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment in the outlet.
  • Foster and maintain a positive relationship with the landlord.
  • Implement marketing and communication activities, and report collected market information to the line manager accordingly.
