Responsibilities & Context

  • Ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience from entry through post-purchase follow-up.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Implement strategies to continuously enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Sales Management:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed branch sales targets for products and services.
  • Monitor sales performance regularly and implement corrective actions as needed to stay on track.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Team Leadership and Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and offer ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Foster a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment.
  • Branch Inventory Management:
  • Oversee inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing overstock.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain department to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  • Accounts Management:
  • Supervise the branch’s financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and budgets.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Implement financial controls to protect branch assets.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Stay current with industry regulations and standards.
  • Implement and enforce compliance protocols within the branch.
  • Product and Service Knowledge:
  • Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals’ products and services.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to customers.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in aesthetic treatments, skincare products, beauty supplements, and wellness offerings.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT): Maintain a CSAT score of 90% or higher.
  • Sales Growth: Achieve a minimum of 30% year-over-year sales growth.
  • Inventory Accuracy: Maintain an inventory accuracy rate of 100%.
  • Employee Engagement: Achieve an employee engagement score of 90% or higher.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Achieve 100% compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Financial Accuracy: Ensure financial discrepancies are 0% of total transactions.
  • Customer Retention Rate: Maintain a customer retention rate of 85% or higher.
