Job Context
JSK Group operates General Medical and Diagnostic Centers that provide outpatient care, diagnostic services, and essential healthcare facilities. The Branch Manager will oversee the overall operations of the center, including patient services, diagnostics, administrative functions, and business growth initiatives. The role demands solid experience in managing healthcare facilities, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring operational efficiency to facilitate smooth daily operations and sustainable branch growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the medical and diagnostic center.
Ensure efficient patient flow, registration, billing, and reporting processes.
Supervise doctors, nurses, technicians, front desk staff, and support teams.
Maintain high standards of service quality, hygiene, and patient satisfaction.
Monitor daily revenue, expenditures, and operational performance metrics.
Develop and implement marketing and referral strategies to boost patient numbers.
Ensure proper maintenance of diagnostic equipment and center facilities.
Comply with healthcare regulations and internal organizational policies.
Prepare operational reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Address and resolve patient complaints and operational challenges professionally.
