Lead and manage branch operations to achieve business objectives in compliance with Islamic banking principles
Achieve branch targets related to financing, deposits, and other Islamic banking products and services
Monitor staff performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, businesses, and the local community
Identify new business opportunities and promote the bank’s Islamic financial products and services
Ensure all branch operations and product offerings comply with Shariah principles and approved banking guidelines
Coordinate with the Shariah Compliance department and implement required policies and procedures
Educate customers about Islamic banking concepts and financial solutions
Oversee daily branch activities to ensure smooth, secure, and efficient operations
Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer transactions while maintaining internal compliance standards
Monitor branch expenses and maintain operations within the approved budget
Foster a customer-focused environment to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction
Lead, motivate, and develop branch employees while maintaining ethical and Shariah-based values
Conduct staff performance evaluations and identify training and development needs
Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain a productive workplace culture
Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate critical issues when necessary
Monitor operational, credit, and reputational risks at the branch level
Prepare and submit operational and business reports to higher management on time
