Position will be offered to deserving candidates based on experience and competence.
Ensure compliance and control of overall branch operational activities in line with the bank’s internal policies, regulatory laws, and standard procedures.
Authorize financial and non-financial transactions by ensuring proper verification of source documents and supporting records.
Coordinate with relevant departments related to branch operations and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Prepare accurate internal and external reports and ensure timely submission to regulatory authorities, Head Office, and other stakeholders as required.
Act as coordinator during branch audits and support audit-related activities.
Ensure high-quality customer service through Customer Service Officers/Relationship Officers while achieving assigned business targets.
Continuously identify areas for operational improvement and initiate corrective actions where necessary.
Conduct regular checks within the branch to ensure updated DCFCL and other compliance-related activities.
Ensure all business transactions comply with internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
Ensure strict adherence to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies and local regulatory directives to prevent money laundering.
Support branch management in maintaining operational efficiency, compliance, and service excellence.
