Responsibilities & Context

To join our team as a Brand Promoter for our fragrance department, we are seeking gregarious and energetic people. The person in this position will be in charge of informing customers about the brand and product notes in order to promote the fragrance brand. The main objectives are to interact with consumers, inform them about the products, and establish a favorable brand experience that promotes trial and buy.


  • Customer Engagement: Actively interact with consumers by giving them perfume sample spray and educating them about the qualities, composition, and use of the product.
  • Brand Representation: Representing the brand in a professional manner while remaining cheerful and friendly.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of the product or products you are marketing, including their components, flavors, costs, and any special features (USPs).
  • Feedback & Data Collection: Get consumer opinions about the product and let the marketing team know about any problems, worries, or encouraging reactions. Additionally, compile pertinent information on the clients who collected the samples.
  • Reporting: Send out frequent updates on customer contacts, sample operations, and any leads that are created for sales.
