Business Acquisition Officer (BAO) / Assistant Officer (AO) to Senior Principal Officer (SPO), SME Banking
Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth by acquiring new SME clients and building a high-quality asset portfolio.
Promote SME loans, deposit schemes, and trade finance products through active business development and relationship management.
Conduct client visits, evaluate financing requirements, and prepare comprehensive credit proposals.
Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements, including AML and KYC compliance.
Monitor portfolio performance, maintain client communication, and ensure timely payments and renewals to safeguard portfolio quality.
Support deposit growth and cross-sell transactional or liability products.
