Business Analyst

Context

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in requirements engineering, business process analysis, BRD/FRD/SRS documentation, Agile/Scrum methodologies, UI/UX collaboration, UAT, and stakeholder management.

The candidate should be capable of independently managing requirements throughout the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirement gathering, analysis, solution design, development coordination, testing, deployment, and post-production support. Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills are essential for effectively translating business needs into clear and actionable software requirements.

Responsibilities 

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder meetings, discussions, and consultations.

• Prepare and maintain BRD, SRS, FRS, user stories, use cases, workflow diagrams, and process maps.

• Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, traceable, and aligned with business goals and objectives.

• Create product demonstrations using Figma designs to clearly present proposed features, workflows, and user interfaces.

• Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users to validate that developed solutions meet business requirements.

• Work closely with stakeholders and development teams to clarify requirements and ensure smooth implementation.
