We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a liaison between stakeholder needs and our development team. Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, and supporting the software development lifecycle from concept to delivery. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the successful execution of our product roadmap.

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding and experience in writing project-related documents, such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
• Conduct meetings with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
• Develop user stories, use cases, and detailed functional specifications to guide the development process.
• Assist in designing user interfaces and user experiences (UI/UX) to ensure that the product is intuitive and user-friendly.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure that project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Monitor project progress and adjust requirements as necessary based on evolving business needs.
• Prepare project documentation, including requirement specifications, process flows, and test cases.
• Participate in developing test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Assist in executing testing and validation processes to ensure the final product meets defined requirements.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and obtain sign-off from stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the technical team.
• Facilitate clear and continuous communication to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the software development lifecycle.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements to products and processes.
