  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Communication Expertise: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in the Property Preservation or BPO industry preferred.
  • Organizational Abilities: Demonstrated ability to organize tasks effectively, with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience; freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Educational Advantage: Candidates with an English medium background or a strong IELTS score will be given preference.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Project Analysis: Review and thoroughly understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Result Preparation and Compliance: Ensure deliverables align with client specifications and expectations.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on project outcomes and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Client Invoicing and Issue Resolution: Manage invoicing processes and address client concerns or rejections effectively.
  • Team Coordination and Leadership: Collaborate with and manage team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • International Operations: Oversee and execute projects for clients based in the USA.
  • Work Schedule: Full-time night shift (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM).
